How does it work?

1. Returned goods from customers (unclaimed shipments, withdrawal from the purchase contract, complaints). You will not find stock lagers and unsold goods here.
2. Quality of goods that you will not find anywhere else. It is not, as with other traders, a return taken over, but about "first hand returns". That is the goods have not passed any quality control and are not accepted. The goods are only identified for the purpose of creating a list and straightened on the pallet. You won't find this kind of product anywhere else.
3. We sell pallet goods with a list. You will receive an electronic delivery note in XLS for each pallet/box. In particular, you will find there the name of the product, the product's EAN (if the EAN is not available, we provide the manufacturer's code), the description and the regular selling price. Therefore, you know what goods you are buying. We do not offer any mystery boxes and similar nonsense. You are not buying a rabbit in a bag with us.
4. The minimum order is 1 pallet/box. We send the boxes by the standard parcel service DPD / PPL. We send pallets by GEIS pallet transport throughout the Czech Republic.

Most other traders are just resellers of resellers. We take goods directly from the largest European sellers, whose unclaimed and complaint packages end up directly with us. We guarantee you the highest possible quality of goods that can be found in the category of non-new goods.

• You must first decide whether you want to register as an Entrepreneur or a Natural Person. You will start the registration here:
• Fill out the registration form.
• IMPORTANT: It is necessary to provide valid and true information in the registration (we will verify this information). One person / company can only have one account on Paleto.eu.

• After you fill out and submit registration form, you will receive a confirmation email in which you must click on a link. Click the link to verify your email address provided during registration.

• No, the registered company must be based in the EU.

• Unfortunately, it is not possible. The goods are stored in a closed logistics area.
• We sell pallet goods with an item list (delivery note). We provide an electronic list (in XLS) for each pallet/box. In the list you will find the product's EAN, description and regular selling price.

• No, you can only buy the whole box or pallet.

• No, there are no real photos of the goods on the pallet.
• The photos you see in the auction are illustrative photos of the goods and represent the type of goods you can expect on the pallet.

Sale prices are listed always without value added tax (without VAT).
If you are a VAT payer, this amount is the result for you, because you will deduct the tax. If you are not a VAT payer, please expect an increase by the legal value added tax (in the Czech Republic it is 21%). If you plan to do business with us for a longer period of time, we recommend that you open a business account with us and become a VAT payer, so you will have cheaper pallets. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@paleto.eu and we will change your existing account to a business account after providing proof of your ID number.

• You will receive payment instructions for the winning auction by e-mail within 5-10 minutes after submitting the order.

• Only one payment method is allowed - payment by transfer to our euro or crown bank account.

• You have 7 days from receipt of payment instructions to pay for your order.

• Yes, you will receive the invoice by email.

• All payments are made in Euros or Czech crowns. Pay always and only on the basis of the information provided in the email you receive after placing the order.

• We send the boxes by the standard package service of the Czech Post, or by courier service DPD / PPL. We send pallets by GEIS pallet transport throughout the Czech Republic.
• We can also arrange for you to transport the winning pallets/boxes around the countries of the European Union.

• ACTION: Free shipping in the Czech Republic until the end of the month! The standard price for delivery within the Czech Republic is EUR 50 for each pallet.
• The price for delivery within the European Union is always calculated individually and depends on the weight of the pallet and the delivery distance.
