This is how packages get to us.
We unpack the packages, identify the products in the packages (according to EAN) and then sort them into pallets. We try to assemble pallets in such a way that their content is interesting. We create an item list for each pallet, so you know exactly what products are on the given pallet. We do not do any mystery boxes or similar marketing gimmicks. We always try to be as fair and transparent as possible.

Why do we also offer boxes?
- Smaller shipping box = less shipping cost to your address
- Fewer products in the box = you can use the products for yourself or to gift your loved ones. You don't need to buy a box to resell.
- Anyone can handle the box, the box will be delivered by a DPD courier within a few days of purchase.
Why do you get so many negative comments on your Facebook ads?
We often see comments on our Facebook ads that we are scammers and don't ship. None of these negative comments came from our business partner and we are very sorry for these false and false accusations. We respond to these comments and do not delete comments.
We understand that the sale of pallet goods does not have a good reputation in the Czech Republic, because many people get "burned" by buying pallet goods. And that's why we decided to come up with a unique project and correct this bad reputation for this type of product. Anyone who bought pallet goods from a Czech entity in the past most likely received goods taken over by resellers of resellers. This will not happen to you with us either, we offer the best quality of "non-new goods" in the world known as FIRST HAND RETURNS (returned goods from the first hand, not inspected, not collected, only sorted).
Finally, one more tip – watch out for mystery boxes.
There are plenty of companies on the market that sell mystery boxes. It is only a marketing trick to lure the buyer (most advertisements show how an iPhone, iPad or other expensive electronics will arrive in a mystery box), but in reality the customer receives a box of hard-to-sell and often unwanted goods.
